Nike has donated $250,000 to both the Mid-SouthFoodBank and the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis’ COVID-19 Regional Response Fund

Old Dominick is producing hand sanitizer at the distillery downtown to help get sanitation supplies to at-risk populations.

BlueCross Blue Shield TN has donated $3.25 Million across the state, of which $750,000 given to Mid-South Food Bank.

Kruger Memphis makes toilet paper demand grows.

Terminix Commercial® Launches DisinfectixTM Disinfection Service

Terminix Commercial has created a new cleaning service for businesses trained in the cleaning guidelines for use against the virus. It is designed to help essential businesses maintain clean work areas as they stay open.

International Paper has donated 50,000 boxes to the Mid-South Food Bank to help them provide their food kits for low-income families. In addition to their normal donation to SCS, IP has given them an additional 141 pallets of paper allowing them to print educational packets for the students that are out of school.

University of Memphis

The University of Memphis has joined the fight to protect residents by developing face masks on 3-D printers. The engineering lab runs 24 hours a day and has produced more than 135 frames to be used across the state.

FleischMann’s Yeast

Fleischmann’s Yeast is hiring skilled workers comfortable working in an automated factory due to the rising demand for bread during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Obsidian PR provided 50 meals from Stix to the heroes working at Baptist.

Baptist Center for good grief

Baptist Center for Good Grief is reaching out to provide help to families in times of isolation and social distancing and restore a sense of normalcy. Sessions are every Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m.


Radians has donated 14,000 respirator masks to Memphis and Shelby County.


Sedgwick has trained a team of 70 nurses on how to manage a Coronavirus diagnosis, give advice on self quarantining, and provide additional education.

Tioga Environmental

Tioga Environmental has donated face masks, safety goggles and gloves to the Memphis Medical Society.

Memphis Makers

Over 5 Thousand PPE face shields have been 3D printed this month by volunteers.


ER2 have been providing schools, hospitals. and businesses with technology solutions such as tablets for in-hospital patients, resources for low-income students, and creating work from home stands and docking stations.
